If you want to know how the No Kings 2 protest went, just go to Trump’s blog – Truth Social. He’s been posting non-stop, trying to divert attention, make accusations, re-characterize the event as a rebellion, and pretend that the footage of giant gatherings is from other events. I wonder if trying to make himself feel better, because about 7 million Americans took to the streets to tell him how they really feel about him, really helped him.
We are still waiting for the official tally and final estimates of the crowds gathering at over 2,700 locations in the U.S., but this protest does seem to be bigger than No Kings 1. The best part about it is that, despite the GOP calling it “Hate America” protest, it seemed that 110% of the participants were hating on them, Trump, and his incompetent cabinet, trying their hand at authoritarian control over freedom-loving Americans, journalists, political opponents, and the imaginary terrorist threat from the non-existent organization ANTIFA.
