If 2024 could be described with one word, what word would you use? And what do you want your 2025 to be like? Planning helps you get there. Life is too short to let it go unnoticed.
I am a planner. I actually made a 365-day spreadsheet with daily habits I'd like to build/rebuild. I put check marks next to each habit every day so I can track my progress. Geeky? I know. But I believe if you don't track it, you don't do it. So, I'll be tracking it, keeping myself accountable.
Notice I said "habits," not “goals.” That's because no one can reach their goals unless they build the habits necessary to achieve them. Yes, I can help you with this. Just reach out, and we can discuss.
Did you see the Escape Room I built?
I heard from some of you who apparently really enjoyed it. If you haven't tried it, go ahead. Click on this link: https://forms.gle/2kfqT6o1M4ErbN8B8
The next few posts from Life Intelligence will be coming from Greece. Lulu and I are chasing the sunshine. Neither one of us is into snow… Expect pictures and stories soon.
On to today's post… I'll focus on:
The science of forgiveness and why it matters.
Strategies for redefining one's identity beyond past mistakes or limiting beliefs.
Practical things you can do to avoid a rerun of 2024 for your psychological well-being.
Let's kick off this new year by talking about something equally liberating and terrifying: forgiveness and redefining yourself. I know, I know—it sounds heavy, but stick with me. I promise this isn't a therapy session; it's more like a pep talk with a side of science.
