Next week, I had planned something on languishing, but suddenly, the subject depressed me. So, instead, I am working on a piece about the harmful dynamics that plague modern relationships and ultimately end them. OK, that's depressing, too, but it's the kind of education you can immediately implement with your partner, family, friends, etc. It's useful. I like useful.
You've got talents, abilities, and untapped strengths that might not be immediately obvious, your hidden potential. Unveiling them usually involves self-discovery, exploration, embracing new challenges, embarrassing yourself a few times, and some suffering. But fear not! Suffering is like an antibiotic – it will screw up your digestive system and give you the shits temporarily, but it will make you feel better later, and it could even save your life. You heard it here first!
