Anxiety is your body's "fight or flight" response kicking in when your mind thinks something needs urgent attention and, at the same time, it's unsure how to deal with it. Anxiety feels like a ball in your stomach, a racing heart, chaotic thoughts, nervousness, fear of uncertainty, sweating, and shaking. All rolled into one very sucky, sorry state of discomfort, at the least up to a full-blown panic attack at the most. No one likes anxiety.
