Brilliant writing here - it’s a constant struggle but your reminders are both frighteningly scary as we all are experiencing your massive list. The silver lining is to really practice the things you can do to mitigate the damage. That too is hard sometimes but so worth the effort. Thanks.

Really enjoyed this one - stress is a major, well, stress in my life and no matter how many times I think I might just have it under control... BAM! Along comes another stressor! I do find meditation and yoga work wonders - unless I become stressed out because my mind is wandering!
