By the time you read this, it will be Memorial Day in the USA. Here’s what John F. Kennedy said about our fallen heroes: “As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter the words, but to live by them.” Let’s not waste those lives by throwing democracy to the dictators-wanna-be.

And travel safe…

There are lots of people walking around who don't even know they have depression. They experience persistent sad, anxious, or "empty" moods, feelings of hopelessness or pessimism, irritability, low self-esteem, difficulty concentrating or making decisions, lack of energy or fatigue, strange sleep patterns (insomnia or oversleeping), changes in appetite (overeating or poor appetite), and a lack of interest in activities once enjoyed. The exact number of them is difficult to determine.
